Items are sold “as is” In the description of each item we do our best to ensure that the description is as accurate as possible, including any defects. You are welcome to e-mail or telephone us if you have any further questions. All items are used.
Delivery
We are happy to send items by post with insurance at the following rates.

Delivery takes around 3-5working days after payment is received.
We take no responsibility for delays caused by the freight company.
Always contact the freight company directly if you recieve a damaged parcel.
If we get packages in return because that they have not been collected from the parcel shop, we will charge you 400 SEK to cover our costs.
Complaints
All items purchased at N&N Jewellery are sold as is, i. e., in their existing condition. N&N Jewellery therefore recommends that the buyer make a thorough examination of the item(s) of interest before buying it.
A buyer can submit a complaint with reference to faults in the purchased item if its condition is considerably worse than the buyer, with regards to the starting price, the catalogue text, the picture and other circumstances, reasonably could have assumed.
Complaints shall be submitted immediately after the defect has been detected, but preferably no later than 14 days.
Right of return
For all items purchased on our webshop a full right of return is in place.
The customer has the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery and without providing any specific reason. The customer needs to send a message to us stating that the customer regrets the purchase. This can be done by letter or e-mail.
In invoking the right of return, the customer carries the cost of return shipping and the return risk.
